Cureight is a 25-seat restaurant featuring an eight-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Its chef, Austin Simmons, is a Texas native and Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef who blends classic French technique with a love of simple dishes. Cureight's menu includes everything from light shellfish to in-house dry-aged beef.
