Desiree Bros. Cafe haunted

According to a local legend, the infamous Desiree Bros. Cafe is a formerly haunted establishment that was founded in 1902. The cafe offers traditional American fare with a Texas accent, and features a full bar.

The cafe is haunted by the ghost of Charlie Wunsche, who reportedly used to own the building. Employees have reported seeing the ghost on several occasions. The apparition is believed to protect the cafe's investment and the staff.

Goodyear airship America based in Spring Texas

The Goodyear airship America was based in Spring, Texas, from 1969 until 1992. The blimp was visible off Interstate 45 and was a popular attraction for people driving through the area. After the blimp was retired, it was dismantled and stored in Akron, Ohio. But its foundation is still visible on Holzwarth Road, just west of Lowe's Home Improvement Center.

While it is not possible to take a public ride in the Goodyear Blimp, it is available for private tours and charity events. The company also rents out its airships to media and corporate groups.
