Heritage Museum of Montgomery County

The Heritage Museum of Montgomery County Texas is an excellent place for anyone interested in the county’s history. The building is designed to evoke pleasant memories and to inspire the next generation with an appreciation of the area’s heritage. It is a fitting monument to the pioneers of the area who built churches, schools and businesses. The building was built on a hand-hewn log house, which was moved numerous times before it was donated in 1972 to Conroe. Unfortunately, the cabin began to decay and was finally removed a few years later. Texas HVAC Company
